To accomplish this, First Institutes' instructional staff members assist and instruct students to: understand the requirements for entry level employment; be knowledgeable of required computer based programs; be aware of social skills, positive attitudes and quality interpersonal relations needed to succeed; develop awareness of continued success related to ongoing training and educational upgrading; take full participation educationally in all curriculum and course offerings; complete course requirements as fulfillment of agreement between the student and First Institute and to obtain successful placement in the industry for which training was provided.
