Advocate Good Shepherd Unsung Heroes!

Who's your hero? Friend? Neighbor? Mentor? You can nominate anyone who you feel has made a difference and deserves to be recognized in the community. If your hero is chosen you will win a dinner for two!!!
How the Unsung Hero Program works:
Each month 3 nominees and their stories will be posted online for Star 105.5 listeners to vote for the "hero" of that month! Good Shepherd Hospital then will donate $500 in the hero's name to the charity of his or her choice! In addition, the hero will receive a weekend getaway to The Cove in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. All nominees not chosen as a winner will be saved for future months. |
